But for most people — those who aren’t familiar with the world of specialty coffee — this technical distinction rarely matters. What they truly want is to enjoy a good, delicious, and distinctive drink. At Veruscoffee, this experience is affectionately called “cafezão” — a great cup of coffee, made with care.
For Veruscoffee, the real value lies in the experience of drinking a well-prepared coffee, whether served on-site or delivered. It’s present in the attention to detail across every touchpoint: the thoughtful packaging, delivery messages, customer service, and the preparation of exclusive food items made in their own kitchen.
During the pandemic, the company redefined its business strategy, placing a stronger focus on delivery. This shift created the need for a visual identity that could primarily express Veruscoffee’s emotional, warm, and welcoming side — reinforcing connection, care, and comfort even at a distance.
We created a new brand inspired by the affection surrounding the coffee moment — aromas, conversation, contemplation, and connection.
Romanticism, emotion, and delicacy are expressed through the illustrations and color palette, together with a logo designed using lettering that resembles a signature. This brings a sense of intimacy and personal touch, reflecting the care and attention the brand shows toward its customers.
It’s about warmth, care, lightness, and joy — values that are at the heart of the Veruscoffee universe.
